Low Video Quality

I am using video embedding in telegram and it upload videos with the lowest possible resolution for long videos.

This is due to Telegram's 20 MB limit for attached videos. Unfortunately determining the exact video size is impractical and sometimes it will use a lower quality than might be necessary, because the alternative is no video at all
