Analyze function to report pixels in spatial bins

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In root images from minirhizotrons, it's of interest to know the density of roots as a function of depth, but there is currently no way to count pixels in segments along either axis.

Describe the solution you'd like An analyze function that would take as input a clean mask (maybe add functionality for separate objects from a labelled mask later?) and a parameter for the percent of image included in each bin, and output a table and graph of pixel count by bin.

Describe alternatives you've considered Happy to have a discussion about alternatives, but the proposed solution seems fairly straightforward.

Additional context Eventually, it might be useful to also include bins radially for the purpose of analyzing green pixel density outward from a central point on top-down images of rosette-type plants.
