Update SMF Tutorial when HSI Toolkit can be imported

Describe the solution you'd like Right now we're putting functions directly from HSI toolkit into the SMF tutorial because we can't yet import HSI toolkit via pypi etc. Once that's possible, this is a reminder to update the tutorials so that we import those functions instead of having them within the tutorial
