Feature Request: Support for hidden form fields

I don't think there's a way to do this with openhtmltopdf currently but support would be great. When I set style="visibility: hidden" on an element I would expect it to be hidden (present but invisible) in the PDF.

It looks like there's a PDAction for this that can be set on a PDField
