Plays music from speakers when headphones are connected and quickly disconnected (in some conditions)

I haven't been able to replicate this very well, but I have found sometimes, when quickly connecting and then disconnecting my headphones with the "Start on headphones" option on, music will then continue playing through the speakers.

I don't know if this is related to #887.
