Add to Playlist modal doesn't load list of playlists

I am using 5.4.4 on Android 8.1. The Add to Playlist modal fails to load the list of playlists so you can't add a track to an existing playlist. Creating a new playlist works fine.

can verify on version DSub 5.5.3

steps to reproduce

1. create new playlist on server
2. don't list playlists in DSub, since step 1
3. select a song somewhere in DSUB
4. use option "add to playlist"

the new playlist, created on the server, will not be presented as an option.

(is actually only a non-urgent minor issue, imho)
