Feature request: Clear cache, but not "permanent cache"

Hello, As the title says, would it be possible to have a feature like this? That would be real nice to have 2 checkboxes when using the "clear cache" option: [x] Erase cache [ ] Erase permanent cache

This would be very useful.

Also, the current behavior is not obvious. When using the app for the first time, this got me by surprise, as I expected the permanent cache to stay as it was called "permanent".

Something else I would add to this is that permanent cache should not be counted towards cache total and they should be separated completely.

If I perm cache 10gb of files but set my cache to 5gb, songs are immediately deteled on download.
