Suggestion for Lock Screen Widgets

This is a great app which I use practically daily, mainly for the beautiful dynamic sun paths and live countdown feature until sunset. Do you think a countdown of this sort for sunset/sunrise can be implemented as a Lock Screen widget? I think Sundial has an interesting (but costly) implementation of it, and I was wondering if you wouldn’t mind putting your own style on it. This would benefit me a lot. Thank you for considering.
