Starting build always when changed any branch

My default branch name is "develop" and I want that building only this branch. But Build starting always if someone committed in other branch. Actual for Bitbucket POST Webhook.

I use PHPCI to deploy automatically my project on a dev plateform. Is there a way to deploy only when a specific branch is commited ? I think it's a not a problem to build all commits but it can be useful to deploy only specific branches...

On this moment this is not possible, I have little changes in my branches to decide what they need to do after a successful build.

But feel free to add a pull request with a new feature
