Make it easy to get the Queue and pickup reports in the Queue

It would be cool to have a way to get the report Queue and process reports that were queued up by other libraries and process them into Pandas.

Another cool feature would be to down load all of the reports in the Queue that are finished. This would allow you come back to a synchronous job if you machine crashes.
