Added Ubuntu release to avoid that this images breaks with Ubuntu upgrades.

Hi! Would you mind adding the Ubuntu release in the Dockerfile to avoid this images breaks with Ubuntu upgrades?

Let me think about it...This is mainly a CI/CD issue with DockerHub, somehow need to sync and maintain the OS releases versus tags in DockerHub
