[feature request] Parcel 2.0

I want to use Tailwind with this template, but Tailwind requires Parel 2.0. I tried to upgrade to Parcel 2.0 myself because it doesn't look like much work (at least the migration guide says so), but since I never worked with it before, I didn't make it.

Sorry for my delay reply @Septias. Parcel 2.0 is still in beta, I will update it when they release a stable version.
