tmp update_packages

When selecting the stable branch of plex to install (USE_BASEJAIL=0) it changes the config/update_packages permanently. It might be better to copy it to a tmp location to modify it so the orginal is unchanged.

I think you mean: USE_BETA not USE_BASEJAIL=0
