[REQUEST] Adjust volume per track while playing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I use the soundboard for my DnD group. It has proven very useful for background music and sound effects. However, there are times when I wish I could change the volume of an active sound while it is playing.

Describe the solution you'd like A possible solution would be to capture mouse scrollwheel events while hovering over a specific sound in the queue to adjust its volume, or to have an additional plus/minus control button option. Another option might be to make it such that the volume setting per sound affects all running instances when saving.
