Allow for creation of output profiles

Rather than setting up output device and volume settings on a per-sound clip basis, allow for the creation of multiple output profiles which can be configured globally with an arbitrary number of devices, each with a unique volume setting. Allow users to select from among these profiles for each sound clip, with an additional volume multiplier option in case that particular sound clip is significantly louder or quieter than others. This would resolve situations where an output device is removed or changed and all sound clips must be individually corrected to use a new output device.
