Make back button less confusing

after I hit the help button, the first column is hidden, yet the column name remains on top of the help box

upon help box open, hide column name

The thing in the pink box is the back button to the previous view. @robagreda maybe we need to think of a better design so this is more obvious to users

iOS does the same thing when you navigate, it shows the name of the previous view with a back button.

iOS has a high contrast arrow

Maybe the low contrast mid dark grey on black background made it confusing for me
