Temporary undo shaka ( 5 second window )

User Story

As a Damus user browsing notes, I would like a temporary undo reaction capability, so that I can remove accidentally placed reactions.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Undo reaction is on by default for everyone
2. A five (5) second countdown timer begins upon a reaction.
3. The timer is visually indicated (could be an emoji animation)
4. On finish of coundown/timer, the animation stops
5. After the countdown/timer, undo reaction is no longer possible
6. Before the countdown is over, user can tap react to undo the reaction

Since setting are hidden, and less likely to be used, maybe this should be on by default.

Maybe do not include a setting for this altogether.
