Fix localization issues

Fixed a whole bunch of issues, including:

• Pluralization XLIFF format not being respected by Xcode, which results in languages with multiple pluralization rules being broken when translating in Transifex. Avoiding XLIFF altogether.
• Deprecate XLIFF translation import script. Moving away from XLIFF in favor of strings and stringsdict files.
• Translators will now have full context for some of the strings, instead of context being broken up
• Removed strings that are not supposed to be translated from export
• Add missing comments to strings
• Removed translation instructions from README, but will re-add with updated instructions once CI is added
