Add recommended relay icon in relay menu [UI][UX]

User Story

As a Damus user configuring their relay settings in the Damus relay menu, I want to know & see which of the relays I subscribe to are recommended relays, so that I can distinguish between recommended, and non-recommended relays.

Acceptance Criteria

1. In relay settings RELAYS section, user can view which is a recommend relay via an icon (or other visible mark)
2. For non-recommended relays, there is no icon
3. In relay settings in RECOMMENDED RELAYS, user should see recommended relay icon for all relays here

Icon could be same as purple verified (NIP-05) icon used on user profile (see Jack example icon: @npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m)
