Export (download) my own data [Feature Request]

User Story

As a self-sovereign advanced Damus user who wants to manage their own data, I would like a capability to export (download) my own data, so that I can own my content.

Acceptance Criteria

1. In settings menu, user can tap export (download) own data - notes, replies, interactions, DMs, follower & following list, profile information, relays

Future -Client can also import (upload) data to Damus -Ideally, this is standard NIP format across all clients. https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nostr.
