New follow button in profile/following view [Feature Request][Enhancement]

User Story

As a pleb Damus user who is in profile -> following view who is looking to add a follow, I would like an easy way to add a follower from this screen, so I don't have to go to global search in order to add a new follow.

Acceptance Criteria

In profile -> following view

1. User can hit the add new follower icon
2. Icon leads to search screen
3. User can use search screen to search via name, npub, hashtag, keyword

"_Damus suggestion: Add a button to directly add a new follow. Normal method is to go to global and paste someone’s npub.
Maybe on your profile page -> following page, there can be a + button where you can paste the npub and do the same thing.
Point being, it maybe non-obvious to new users to use the global search to paste an npub?_ "
