Personally I'd be curious to hear if you're running baremetal or VPS, what the CPU/RAM/SSD specs are, if you own or lease the hardware, where the server is physically located, who operates the network, and what trusted third parties / hosting companies have access to the hardware, if any...

I think we could improve recommended relays to propose relays based on relays people you follow are using that are confirmed to be performant.
