Feature Request:Support offline cache and reading

When I didn't have the network or vpn was disconnected, the whole interface became blank, nothing was displayed, and there seemed to be no cache.

In some East Asian countries, it is very difficult to link to the Internet. You must use vpn to connect to foreign websites, so offline caching and reading are very important.

our event cache currently uses nostrdb, just not our feeds atm. thats why you can use the search to read threads offline
