Push notification option to notify when favourited user posts
Once we have:

It would be nice to have notepush fetch and cache favourite lists to notify users when their favourite users posts.
This will only work on public favorite lists, private list notifications could be a purple feature where we store non-encrypted private lists on the purple api.
I also wonder if favourites/alerts should be distinct. I think having them the same is conceptually simpler, but I wonder if there are situations where you would only want to be notified from a subset of your favorite list, or have a separate alert list altogether.
For simplicity I think its ok to just combine them.
Why not notifications for any nip-51 list? #reckless
I dont know yet what zen mode is fully, and I know its the opposite of this 😂
