Design request: display note not found

What happens Sometimes

1. notes are not found (and do not display; see https://github.com/damus-io/damus/issues/2274), or
2. notes appear to be perpetually loading (see https://github.com/damus-io/damus/issues/2274#issuecomment-2126023024)

Design exploration

1. How might we indicate that a note is not found, Damus tried to find it, and Damus stopped looking for said note
2. What might the messaging be "could not find not"
3. What might a hint look like "try searching instead on relay X; search engine Y; etc
