Mute list keeps getting wiped on app close & re-open

what happens

On 1.9 I am in a perpetual conflicting state where if I close damus, re-open, and mute a npub I see the following screen and am asked if I want to overwrite my mute list

context

I did not use my keys in another nostr app.

The only behavior that may be related to this issue is at one point in time I had damus open on two iphones at the same time.

can you confirm that your mutelist is empty?

when you create a new list does it update your mutelist at all ?

Yes

Mute list is populating now, anew. Old mute list lost.

Possibly this was due to leaving, and rejoining testflight
