hyperlink conflict, expand note, thread/chat view

from the timeline, it just expands the note in context. from the chat/thread view it just toggles the thread/chat view. the hyperlink is blue, so i assume it's trying to make it a hyperlink.

i suspect it has something to do with the hyper link falling into the last line of the note.

the new thread fixed the toggling, but the hyperlink is still not clickable

the behavior described here is fixed but is replaced with issues with link preview, gonna close this and make a new issue about link previews.
