Include Setting To Keep AP_PORT Value Stable

When using "adb forward" to run Python code from my laptop on the phone, I 
have to open the Python interpreter on the phone, grab the AP_PORT value on 
screen, and then enter it into my laptop. It would help to keep this number 
stable so development over multiple sessions wouldn't change it each time ASE 
is launched.
