Perl: Allow downloading scripts and modules (.pl and .pm files)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put a .pl file in the download directory on my web site
2. Try to download it via the browser on the device


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to download the script, save it in the download directory (or in
the scripts directory). Instead of that the browser tells me this file type
is not supported. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Emulator running Android 1.6 with perl_r3
