Most likely the website is JavaScript generated, which is not supported by rss-proxy directly. Check the documentation for further help.

But seems there no JS (I can get info via curl)

I guess they blocked migor.org on some level. I only see two options: 1) run the docker container yourself (which is super easy), locally or on a server or 2) Look for other mirrors. Maybe post your request on reddit.com/r/rss I remember other guys who are hosting rss-proxy too. Lets me know if it worked.
