I see this project hasn't been committed to since 2014.

What's it's status? I have a use for it, and would work on it, but wanted to approach you first.

This is GPL licensed, meaning that anyone is allowed to fork this project and take it over anytime they want, even without asking first. If you do that, then great! Let us know so we can help ypu market it on the web :-)
