Try to configure proxmox for self-hosted runners for github actions, to enable regression suite to run faster

may also need hackintosh for proxmox, previously found some instructions for that

Not sure if we need to do this now, I split up the test cases and can split them up more if needed, unless I have 12+ vm's per OS I'm not sure this will make it any faster maybe slower, will defer to next release for now and consider it further.
