1.2 does not work properly using Windows PE 1809

After copying the files to the windows\system32 folder in Windows PE, the shortcut key leaves an error message that it does not find the TS Debugger file. I guess there is something wrong with either your autohotkey (winpe_keys.exe) or the file itself. I have tried several times with no luck. After renaming the file to TS_Debugger.exe (from "TS Debugger.exe"), something is run, but there is nothing happening other than a cmd window popping up and disappearing. Windows PE has Powershell integrated
