Tag for "Ending Soon"

There are tags already on events for "now". A nice option would be to have an "Ending Soon" tag when the event has less than 25% left.

For example if an event is from 1-5pm and it is now 4:30pm then it should show "Ending Soon" because:

• The event is 4 hours long and it is 3.5 hours into the event which is 87.5% complete (ie less than 25% left)

This was a request from people who didn't realize that it was close to the end of the event and found that they had ended early (eg ran out of pancakes).
