Map use introduction

Show a message when map is shown for the first time "Use 2 fingers or double tap to zoom into the map.".

This should appear as a drawer similar to when you open Burning Man from the home page and it shows when locations are released.

Once you dismiss the message it should not appear ever again - so save that it has been shown.
