Add support for "Incident Updates"

Cachet has added the ability to add updates linked to incidents. I have already made a class for this functionality (add, update, delete, missing some other features like cache) which is a modified copy of the Incidents-class. It seems to be working great, but it would nice if you could update the repo with this feature.
