Thank you for your kind words @prwhitehead :) We're planning on moving to JS SDK 3 in the near future (definitely this year).

@prwhitehead definitely we will still be testing against Spree 3.7 and will allow installation of this gem for older 3.1+ versions as well

Probably connected with Deface overrides - https://github.com/spree-contrib/spree_analytics_trackers/blob/master/app/overrides/add_google_analytics_to_spree_application.rb#L6 . As a side note, we will be thinking about redesigning the way this gem connects to Spree when we'll move to Hotwire/Turbo/Webpack...
