Ability to send live input data to an output stream.

Should this be added to the existing output stream or a separate stream (e.g. TCP connection to a different port)?

Could also be good to allow streaming of data at any stage in the pipeline, not just the start. For instance, if some filtering is happening in ESP, someone might want to receive the filtered data.
