how do we get the title/description for each topic for the 2022 dataset?

Hello - I was going through the trec cast 2022 overview https://trec.nist.gov/pubs/trec31/papers/Overview_cast.pdf and looked through the released data. In the overview, each conversation/topic has a title and description associated with it but I don't see that in the data? Is there some way to get access to that information for each of conversation topics? thank you!
