feature request: Markdown syntax options

It would be nice to be able to customize the Markdown syntax for highlighting.

Roam uses "^^", whereas Obsidian uses "==". So adding a simple option for the user to customize would be super helpful.

Update: I achieved this goal by modifying the source file. It would be nice to have an option in the Options page.
