problem of record statements not appearing on the temboard 8.2.1

Hello everyone,

we have a problem on our temboard, when we want to see the statement menu on one of the agents and nothing appears.

we have enabled pg_stat_statement on the postgres instance, we have tried restarting the temboard-agent service on the affected instance and also tried restarting the temboard service. But the problem does not seem to be resolved, is there anyone who can help us provide advice regarding this issue?
