Missing pandoc-codeblock-include

First of all: Many thanks for pandocker. It is really handy for using pandoc with little setup!

Describe the bug Attempting to run pandoc in the current Docker image (dalibo/pandocker:23.03) with --filter pandoc-codeblock-include results in an error:

Error running filter pandoc-codeblock-include:
Could not find executable pandoc-codeblock-include

The filter is commented out in the requirements.txt

Expected Behavior The pandoc-codeblock-include should be available – or if it was removed intentionally, the Readme should be updated.
