关于i7-10710U睿频的问题

请问大佬，这个10710U最高4.7GHz，但是最高只能到3.9GHz 是故意为之，还是就是需要参考#89单独调测？ 为何不直接打开

用大佬的efi本来就可以正常变频的，只是i7最高只能到3.9GHz，之前用了CPU friend（date）可以到4.7 最近升级了最新的OC，不想再重新搞一遍了

各位老哥，我用15,4和16,2两个机型都试了一遍，不管用不用CPUFriend和定制Date，最大频率始终没法到4.7G，只能维持在3.9G。有没有可以正常睿频的老哥？
