OC doesn't show up in BIOS

Open orhan-drsn opened this issue 9 months ago • 4 comments

I have installed Windows and macOS on different SSDs.

The Notebook boots directly into Windows. I can't pick OC in BiOS, because I can't choose it. I can boot from USB without problems and everything works. I copied the EFI files on the EFI Partition on SSD, but it doesn't appers in BIOS.

Does someone has a solution?

You can use Bootice to add OC boot entry, a Clover example is in https://github.com/daliansky/XiaoMi-Pro-Hackintosh/wiki/Installation#step-5---adjust-boot-entry You can change boot path to OC.

Recently, OC has been updated to the official version 1.0. Will the version be updated soon? Looking forward to reply, thanks

@silentchild Sure, I can do that. BYW, the new version of OpenCore is all about OpenDuet improvements, so you will not spot any difference on Xiaomi laptop.
