Seems like you modified the EFI a bit. The SMBIOS model should be MBP15,4 instead of MBP15,3.
MBP15,3 has a much more powerful CPU with a discrete graphic card, which creates conflicts with your laptop model.

而且你的编辑器版本低了，最新1.7.0用的OpenCore版本是0.8.4。不建议使用OpenCore Configurator修改config。
