iOS support

iOS support has recently been merged into Julius and Augustus (see bvschaik/julius#643, bvschaik/julius#743, Keriew/augustus#1162, and Keriew/augustus#1168). I wonder if these changes could help make iOS a supported platfom for Akhenaten as well.
