May you signing your project to create a dll with strong name?

Let me get your opinion on this, do you think I should include the .snk file in the source, so anyone can re-compile and sign correctly, or keep it secret? I was reading this and not sure if my purpose is to just provide a strong unique name, or guarantee it was compiled by me?
