Bugfix: Add missing 30kWh detection to 3-port code

What

The detection for 30kWh pack was missing on the 3-port code (but was working on the 2-port). This PR copies it over to the 3-port also. This bug caused startup bar scaling not to work for ZE0 users with 3-port CAN bridge and 30kWh battery
