Jaguar iPace Battery Contactors do not yet close

Currently the iPace battery contactors do not close and we had to control the contactor coils manually with the Battery-Emulator and CONTACTOR_CONTROL setting, which is fine in the short term but overall pretty dangerous since the battery is not able to provide any safety control.

This issue is about figuring out which CANBUS messages engage the iPace battery contactor.

Some things to check:

• HVIL circuit is connected up. HVIL loop needs to be active for the contactors to close.
• The battery receives two signals from the airbag module. One is a CAN message. The other is a PWM hard line. If this is broken the battery assumes a crash and opens contractors. "ENS" 12 volt and what frequency. I have a scope plot of expected ENS signal.
• The infotainment system is the network master. The exception to this is whilst charging when the PCM (Power control module) is allowed to take charge to save the infotainment system being on whilst charging.
