Support google drive documents

It would be great if SearchMark could handle Google Drive documents. I did a bit of playing and it seems it would be as easy as switching the end of the URL to "export?format=txt" to get the text version. So this drive URL https://docs.google.com/document/d/XXXXXXXXRM8eKVCZX9viG_BcDE_ZR2PR8/edit# would become https://docs.google.com/document/d/XXXXXXXXRM8eKVCZX9viG_BcDE_ZR2PR8/export?format=txt
